Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern use of the HeatMap app, website, and support experience. By using HeatMap, you agree to follow these terms and the Community Guidelines.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. HeatMap does not currently verify every user’s age or identity.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect access to your device and account, and do not share credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
You may use a nickname or pseudonym, but you may not impersonate another person or organization.
What HeatMap provides
HeatMap supports nightlife discovery, venue and event browsing, friend activity, favorites, event statuses, direct messages, club chats, and event-specific chats. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
HeatMap is not a ticket seller, reservation service, emergency service, dating app, or official representative of every listed venue.
Events, venues, and status signals
Event and venue information may be entered manually, may change, and may contain errors. Confirm time-sensitive details with the venue before relying on them.
Going expresses intent, Maybe expresses consideration, and Inside represents a time- and location-gated check-in. Inside may remain visible after someone leaves and must not be treated as exact occupancy or a guarantee that a person remains at a venue.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, stalk, spam, deceive, or impersonate others. Do not share illegal content, violate privacy, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with HeatMap, scrape the service, or use it to facilitate unsafe or unlawful activity.
Use blocking and reporting tools when appropriate. Serious or urgent risks should be handled according to the Safety guide.
Your content
You remain responsible for messages, profile information, reports, and other content you submit. You grant HeatMap the limited permission needed to host, display, transmit, moderate, and protect that content as part of providing the service.
Only submit content you have the right to share. HeatMap may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, the Community Guidelines, law, or user safety.
Blocking, reporting, and enforcement
HeatMap may investigate reports and may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content to protect users, the service, or legal rights. Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, repeat behavior, and available evidence.
HeatMap cannot guarantee the identity, conduct, or safety of users, venues, or events.
Availability and disclaimers
HeatMap is provided on an “as available” basis. Interruptions, errors, delayed messages, inaccurate listings, and feature changes may occur. Where allowed by law, HeatMap does not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free.
Use personal judgment when making nightlife plans and meeting people. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use and contact
You can stop using HeatMap at any time and may request account deletion using the account deletion process. Some limited information may be retained where required for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Questions about these terms can be sent through HeatMap Support.
